Airport Information Desk and Facilities

Information and Help Desk
There are multi-lingual information boards throughout the airport. Interactive visitor information centres can be found near the baggage reclaim areas; they provide information and direct dialing to some transportation options from the airport. There are also several Travelers Aid kiosks located throughout the airport.

Airport Facilities
Money and phone: ATMs, bureaux de change and post office services are available at the airport. Fax and Internet kiosks are available in all terminals. Wireless Internet is also available in all terminals.
Eating and drinking: There are many food and drink outlets located around the airport.
Shopping: Duty-free shopping can be found in Terminals A and B.
Luggage services: There are trolleys running throughout all terminals.
Other facilities: The airport also offers barber shops, manicure, massage and shoeshine services; there are also chapels (meditation rooms) in all terminals.

Conference and Business Facilities
Wayport (website: www.wayport.net) provides internet access, available throughout all terminals and gates. A Laptop Lane business centre offers private workstations with computers, IDD telephones, fax, printing and Internet. The Guest Service Centre has five workstations with business facilities. The Hyatt Regency Business Centre (tel: 972 615 6855), situated in the on-site Hyatt Regency DFW Hotel, offers many facilities, including computers, Internet access, copying, postal and courier services, fax, equipment hire, printing and graphics. The hotel also offers 62 meeting rooms and a ballroom.

Disabled Facilities
There are wheelchairs available from individual airlines in each terminal. Disabled parking is available in all car parks. For passengers requiring special assistance, it is recommended that they inform their airline prior to travel. The inter-terminal Terminal Link vans are wheelchair accessible. TDD telephones, amplified receivers and lowered telephones are available throughout all terminals.
